unkwn releases coffee in numbered drops of a few lots each. A lot is bought once, roasted once and printed with its own artwork. When it sells through it is not restocked; the same farm the following year is a new number. The archive keeps the record of what has gone.

The name is unknown with the vowels removed. We publish what the coffee is and leave the rest alone: origin, roast, weight, and the region, process and altitude of each lot as soon as the roaster confirms them.
